Today for day 2 of Kid's Clothes Week I made Noah a tee and a cat sweater. I love both, but the cat sweater is my favourite! I just love the fabric! It’s a loopback knit from here and I reckon that the little cat faces kind of look hand drawn … so at push means I’m kinda sorta following the kid’s art theme… right? (Well I’m claiming it!)
The pattern I used is The Street smart Sweatshirt Collection by Little Kiwi's Closet – obviously I used the plain, hoodless version. This pattern is just a fast and easy sew.
For the tee I used my tried and true raglan tee pattern, the Acadia tee by Mamastello – (however the link doesn’t seem to be available at the moment). The fabric is a mix of old upcycled ops shop tees (the main body and pocket) and the triangle fabric on the sleeves is from Girl Charlee.
I’m really enjoying this KCW and am looking forward to day 3, so much so that I might jump back on my machine and get a head start tonight… after My Kitchen Rules, of course!
